Western blot: 2-5 μg/mL using ECL on human brain or platelets. Recognizes a protein of 100-120 kDa.

Biochem/physiol Actions
Amyloid-beta Precursor Protein, KPI (Kunitz protease inhibitor) domain. The antibody reacts with both native and recombinant protein. The antibody has been shown to partially inhibit protease inhibitory properties.
