この抗IV型コラーゲン抗体クローン24.12.8（PHM-12）を用いたIV型コラーゲンの検出において、IH、IH(P)での使用が検証されています。
この抗体は、凍結組織およびプロテアーゼ消化パラフィン処理組織の両方の使用に適しています。
提案される使用法
間接免疫ペルオキシダーゼ染色：最終希釈倍率は、アッセイ条件および採用用する検出システムによって異なります。しかし、少なくとも希釈倍率1:40で、使用する多くのシステムに適用できます。
最適なワーキング希釈倍率は、ご自身で決定してください。

Biochem/physiol Actions
MAB1430は、糸球体の細胞と基質の相互作用に重要であることが知られている抗原のマーカーであり、腎臓の病態に関与するメカニズムの研究に有用です。この抗体は腎臓の糸球体基底膜や尿細管基底膜、毛細血管の基底膜と反応します。また、糸球体内のメサンギウム細胞や基質だけでなく、検査したすべての臓器の基底膜構造も標識します（Gusterson et al., 1984）。
