General description

Na-K-Cl共輸送体1（NKCC1）は、SLC12A2遺伝子によってコードされている膜タンパク質で、細胞のナトリウム／カリウム／塩化物の輸送とホメオスタシスに関与します。NKCC1は全身に広く分布し、特に体液分泌腺において重要な機能を果たします。NKCC1の細胞内N末端ドメインのThr212/Thr217のリン酸化は、NKCC1活性と相関があります。
実測値：約250 kDa。成熟型の二量体の可能性が高いNKCC1は、異なる細胞では異なってグリコシル化し、一部のライセートで特性解析されていないバンドをもたらします。
