- MultiScreenHTSプレートは、自動ワークステーションでのハイスループット使用のために特別に開発されました。硬い側壁は取扱い性を改善し、バーコードラベルの貼付に十分な表面が提供されています。ウェルはインキュベーションクロストークを避けるために個別に密閉され、下部排水菅はフィルターにアクセスするために取り外せます。フィルタープレートには96および384ウェルのプラットフォームがあり、幅広いメンブレンと樹脂を取り揃えています。
- Milliporeの新しいMultiScreen HTS+Hiフローフィルタープレートの設計により、非特異的結合が減少し、生化学的スクリーニングアッセイに特有のバックグラウンドやシグナル強度のばらつきが軽減されます。

Millicellアッセイプレート
- 従来のアッセイプレートのフォーマットに加えて、浮遊細胞および接着細胞株を増殖させアッセイするための細胞培養トレイを組み合わせたフィルタープレートも利用できます。フィルタープレートで増殖した細胞は、従来のプラスチック培養基で増殖した細胞よりも良好に分化させることができるため、よりin vivoに近い培養結果が得られます。このようなフィルタープレートとトレイの組み合わせは、輸送アッセイ、毒性分析、スクリーニングアッセイなどのさまざまな細胞アッセイに使用できます。
