General description
25 kDa
抗体分子は通常、1対の重鎖と共有結合している2本の免疫グロブリン軽鎖から成ります。免疫グロブリン軽鎖は、ギリシャ文字のκとλによって表される2つのタイプで生じます。κおよびγ軽鎖は約250アミノ酸長で、平均重量は約25 kDaです。免疫グロブリン集団に見られるκとλの比率は、動物種によって異なります。

抗血清からクロマトグラフ法により精製。0.01Mリン酸ナトリウム、0.25M塩化ナトリウム（pH 7.6）中で凍結乾燥。安定剤として15 mg/mL BSAを含有する溶液から凍結乾燥された粉末。

Preparation Note
凍結乾燥した製品は、2°～8°Cで最長12か月保存できます。溶解後、未希釈液として2°～8°Cの暗所で6週間安定です。蒸留水でバイアルを溶解してください（0.5 mLの水を添加すると最終濃度は1 mg/mLになります）。溶解後、長期間保存する際は、等量のグリセロールを加えて最終濃度を50%グリセロールとしてください。未希釈アリコートで-20°Cで最長12か月保存できます。グリセロール添加後は、タンパク質（およびバッファー塩）の濃度がはじめの2分の1になっていることにご注意ください。凍結・融解サイクルの繰り返しは避けてください。光から遠ざけてください。
