-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

The concentration (efficiency) of Karl Fischer titrants decreases over time. Therefore the titer, being a corrective factor that compensates for this effect as well as variations of equipment, personal handling and laboratory conditions, must be determined directly after opening a new bottle and should be verified at regular intervals.
