      Description
      OverviewNative factor H from human serum. Single-chain multi-functional glycoprotein present in normal human serum at about 500 µg/ml. Regulates formation and function of complement C3 and C5 convertase enzymes. A C3b-binding protein that does not exhibit enzymatic activity. Regulatory activity is attributed to its ability to recognize and bind to C3b fragments.
