Design and price your MILLIPLEX® MAP kits.
Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

CXCR4 is a chemokine receptor involved in organ vascularization, neuronal cell migration, and patterning of the central nervous system. It binds SDF1 and mediates migration of resting. These properties suggest that CXCR4 is involved in tumor cell migration and local tumor invasion. It is also an HIV-1 fusion co-factor that allows HIV-1 invasion in diverse human cell types. CXCR4 has two isoforms that are produced by alternative splicing and has been reported to be expressed in cells of the immune and central nervous systems. It is highly expressed in brain and heart, and in white blood cells, vascular endothelial cells, and umbilical cord endothelial cells. In brain tumors, CXCR4 is expressed in regions of angiogenesis and degenerative, necrotic, and microcystic change.
