Description
OverviewRecombinant, mouse secreted frizzled related protein 3 (sFRP-3) consisting of amino acids Ala 33-Ser323, fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in NSO-derived mouse myeloma cells. sFRP-3 is a soluble antagonist of Wnt signaling. It prohibits interactions with Frizzled receptors by binding directly to Wnt proteins.
