Firefly luciferin-luciferase reagent for the ATP assay. Essential component of the ATP Assay Kit (Cat. No. 119107). Luciferase catalyzes the oxidation of D-luciferin to oxyluciferin in the presence of ATP and oxygen. As the reaction proceeds, light is produced.
