DescriptionAnti-UTF1 Antibody
Alternate Names
  • UTF1
  • Undifferentiated embryonic cell transcription factor 1
Background InformationUndifferentiated embryonic cell transcription factor 1 is a nucleus protein encoded by the UTF1 gene in human and functions as a transcriptional coactivator of ATF2. UTF1 is reported to interact with the ATF-2 metal binding motif via the leucine zipper motif within its conserved domain 2 (CD2) and both CD1 & CD2 of UTF1 and also independently mediates association with TATA-binding protein-containing complex.
