General description

KIM-1, Clusterin, and GSTα are sensitive indicators of tubular injury and cellular stress. IP-10/CXCL10 and TIMP-1 reflect renal inflammation and tissue remodeling. OPN and VEGF-A are involved in fibrosis and vascular responses. Together, these biomarkers offer a comprehensive view of kidney toxicity and repair mechanisms in rat models.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 7 analytes in rat urine samples.

Analytes Included: Clusterin, GSTα, IP-10/CXCL10, KIM-1, Osteopontin (OPN), TIMP-1, VEGF-A Note: GSTα is in a competitive assay format.
