Troubleshooting Portal for clinical Milli-Q® CLX 7000 systems

This rapid troubleshooting capability of MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care is available for Milli-Q® CLX 7000 water systems that feed analyzers. The Troubleshooting Portal supports fast, remote troubleshooting via your Analyzer Hotline. Simply add your analyzer’s serial number as a peripheral device fed by your Milli-Q® CLX system. The digital portal can then help your Analyzer Hotline to quickly and remotely determine if an issue in the lab is due to the water or the water system.
