Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Protein oxidation is frequently associated with excess oxidativestress in the cell. Our protein oxidation detection kits in WB (OxyBLOT%E2%84%A2), Elisa (OxyELISA%E2%84%A2), ICC (OxyICC), and IHC (OxyIHC) formats detect carbonyl groups introduced on proteins.
Oxidativestress is a cellular disorder caused by an excess of free radicals resulting from increased oxidant levels, decreased anti-oxidant amounts, or failure to repair damage induced by reactive oxygen species (ROS).
For modulating oxidativestress, an unstable cellular environment caused by an excess of free radicals, we provide high quality small molecules inhibitors.
An excess of free radicals causes oxidativestress, an unstable cellular environment that can result from exposure to alcohol, medications, poor nutrition, trauma, cold, toxins, and overexercise.
Organisms depend on multiple nutrient sensing pathways to make sure that the cells and tissue obtain just the right amount of necessary nutrients. Metabolic activities can put stress on our cells. Too much activity, and changes in nutrient availability and composition cause cells to age faster.
Parameters of cell health include apoptosis, oxidativestress, mitochondrial health, DNA integrity, and cell cycle profile. FlowCellect Kits enables an easier and accurate studies of cell cycle and cell populations.
Cellular senescence is the point at which our cells stop dividing and growing due to damage or lack of necessary components. As cells age, they lose their ability to actively divide and start to undergo senescence.
Mitochondria responsible for generating ATP, but they act as sensors of cellular distress, and are the first parts of the cell to send and respond to cell death signals. Explore how mitochondrial dysfunction affects the aging process in Hallmarks of aging.
Confidence in your experimental results starts with knowing the upstream health status of your cells. For any researchers working with cultured or primary cells, confidence in experimental results begins with knowing cell health status.
Muse kits were designed to help researchers not only detect and quantify apoptosis, but to also characterize it by examining phosphatidylserine translocation, mitochondrial membrane potential (??m), and caspase activation.
