This magnetic A+G blend allows for the use of a wider range of antibodies than A or G alone and provides a rapid, reproducible and efficient reagent for collecting immunocomplexes for chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays as well as RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays. Compared with conventional agarose beads, magnetic beads significantly reduce handling times and mechanical stress on target immunocomplexes.
