OverviewA potent and specific inhibitor of CaMK II (IC50 = 50 nM for both the total and Ca2+-independent CaMK II activity). Exhibits inhibitory activity across converged species, including rat brain, goldfish brain, and Drosophila (IC50 range 100-400 nM).
