Description
OverviewPhenethylamine derivative. Selective β-adrenergic agonist that stimulates adenylate cyclase activity. Promotes glycogen breakdown and causes bronchodilation. Increases Cl diffusion and potential difference in rabbit trachea cells through nitric oxide generation. Reported to activate MAP Kinase (ERK) by a Rap1 and B-Raf dependent process.
