Preparation Note

Following reconstitution refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 year at 4°C.
LPS will form a suspension in H₂O; slight warming and vortexing may be required to achieve complete dispersion in H₂O. Addition of 0.5% triethylamine will also help with dispersion; triethylamine is very basic and can be neutralized with Trix-HCl to avoid hydrolysis of the fatty acid chains.
