For routine introduction of the 20 proteinogenic amino acids in Boc solid phase peptide synthesis, the use of the derivatives listed list in the Ordering Information tab is recommended. These derivatives have the optimum side-chain protecting group combination for use with high-HF or high/low HF-cleavage methods.
