Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together: -MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer -Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9) -PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701) -More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3) -GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

“More than 90 percent of drugs in the pharmaceutical pipeline have solubility issues that lead to poor bioavailability, a key factor in the success of a drug candidate. Parteck® MXP is the latest addition to our comprehensive excipients portfolio and allows our customers to address solubility challenges that otherwise might have prevented promising and potentially life-changing drug candidates from progressing through the pipeline.”
— Andrew Bulpin, Head of Process Solutions Strategic Marketing & Innovation, Life Science
Mix. Melt. Perform. Enhance API solubility. Achieve stable, high drug loads.
Parteck® MXP
One of the most critical challenges in drug development today is the poor solubility of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Formulation solutions that increase solubility and, consequently, improve bioavailability can be the key factors in whether a drug candidate advances to market. One formulation technique to address this challenge is hot melt extrusion (HME).
HME is a solvent-free process which, through heating and mixing, creates a solid amorphous solution of the API and a matrix polymer. The process breaks down the crystalline structure of the API, leading to increased solubility. This relatively uncomplicated method results in an extrudate intermediate of the API and polymer that can then be further processed for final drug formulation.
Our new Parteck® MXP is specifically designed for application in HME. The polyvinyl alcohol-based excipient enhances the solubility of a wide range of APIs with low solubility. It can achieve stable, high drug loads of 30 percent or more, while other excipients for use with HME may be limited to 10 – 15 percent.
Specific Customer Benefits Include:
Enhanced solubility of APIs
Stable, high drug load under various conditions
High thermostability (above 200 °C) and a broad API application range
Variety of final oral dosage forms with immediate- or sustained-release kinetics using the same extrudates
Ease of use thanks to optimized physical properties
