Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Product Information
CAS number

Activity
≥300 units/mg (at 25°C); 750 units/mg (at 37°C)
Unit of Definition
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will catalyze the conversion of 1.0 µmol creatine phosphate per min at 25°C or 37°C, pH 6.8.
Following reconstitution in 0.5% NaHCO₃, refrigerate (4°C). Do not freeze or shake, as SH groups may be oxidized and form linkages between protein molecules, resulting in precipitation, turbidity, and loss of activity. NaHCO₃ stock solutions are stable for 2-3 days at 4°C. Following reconstitution in 0.1 M imidazole buffer, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Imidazole stock solutions are stable for up to 4 weeks at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles, as 20-30% of activity will be lost with each freeze/thaw cycle.
