Induces guanine nucleotide exchange factor activity of GEFI (also known as Epac) and GEFII towards Rap1 both in vivo and in vitro. Significantly more lipophilic and cell-permeable than Sp-cAMPS (Cat. No. 116815). Note: 5 µmol = 2.23 mg.
