Overview

This product has been discontinued.

Cell-permeable ester derivative of INDO 1. After crossing the cell membrane, INDO 1/AM is rapidly hydrolyzed by cytoplasmic esterases and remains trapped within the cell. Can be used to selectively monitor Ca2+ levels in mitochondria and in the cytosol. It is insensitive to Mg2+. Note: 1 set = 10 x 100 µg.
