OverviewRecombinant, human fibroblast growth factor 10 (FGF-10) consisting of amino acids 137-208 and expressed in E. Coli. Mature human FGF-10, a ~20 kDa protein, contains a serine-rich region near its N-terminus sharing 93% amino acid sequence identity with mouse FGF-10 and 96% with rat FGF-10.
