      Description
OverviewBiotinylated Thrombin has covalently attached biotin for easy removal of the enzyme from cleavage reactions using immobilized streptavidin. This preparation is tested for activity using the same assay as for unmodified thrombin, and for greater than 99% binding to Streptavidin Agarose (Cat. No. 69203-3).
