Pittcon 2017: Virtual Reality 3D Headset Drawings
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND OUTSIDE THE U.S. DRAWINGS ARE OPEN TO U.S. AND CANADIAN (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) RESIDENTS AND WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE, ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD, AND WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE AT PITTCON 2017. ENTRY IN THESE DRAWINGS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. SPONSOR: EMD Millipore Corporation (“Sponsor”), 290 Concord Road, Billerica, MA 01821.
2. TERM: The entry period for the Virtual Reality 3D Headset Drawings (“Drawings”) begins on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 2:55 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Drawings.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must (i) have reached the age of majority in their place of residence and be at least eighteen (18) years old; (ii) be residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); and (iii) be in attendance at Pittcon 2017 (“Conference”). By participating in the Drawings, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the Drawings, which shall be final. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: (i) employees of Sponsor or its affiliates and their immediate family and household members; (ii) healthcare professionals (“HCPs”) and employees of healthcare organizations (“HCOs”); (iii) officials and employees of any local, state, provincial or federal or other government or government agency; and (iv) employees of academic institutions located in or providing services in Vermont.
If you are entering the Drawings on behalf of your employer, these rules are binding on you, individually, and/or your company. If you are acting within the scope of your employment, as an employee, contractor, or agent of another party, you warrant that such party has full knowledge of your actions and has consented thereto. You further warrant that your actions do not violate your employer or company’s policies and procedures.
4. TO ENTER: To enter, visit Booth #3612 at the Conference and submit a registration form to win the prize. LIMIT (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not and will not be liable or responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incorrect entries. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: There will be four (4) Drawings and one (1) potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries at each Drawing. A potential winner selected in the first drawing will be disqualified from the subsequent drawings. The Drawings will take place on or about Monday, March 6, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. CT, Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. CT, Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. CT, and Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. CT. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address or by phone at the phone number specified at the time of entry. Potential winner must respond by return e-mail or phone call and accept the prize on or before March 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. CT. If any potential winner does not accept the prize by that date/time, such original potential winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Sponsor shall conduct another random drawing to select another winner. If you are selected as a potential winner, you may be required to sign an affidavit and release in order to receive your prize.
