      Recombinant, mouse progranulin, consisting of amino acids 18-589, fused at the C-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence, and expressed in NS0-derived mouse myeloma cells. Progranulin is an ubiquitously expressed, secreted glycoprotein that is involved in regulation of cell proliferation.
