DescriptionMILLIPLEX® 8-Plex Human Src Family Kinase Kit – Phosphoprotein - Cancer Multiplex Assay
OverviewThe MILLIPLEX® 8-plex Human Src Family Kinase kit, phosphoprotein (pan Tyr), is used to detect tyrosine phosphorylation in Blk, Fgr, Fyn, Hck, Lck, Lyn, Src, and Yes in cell lysates using the Luminex® system. The detection assay is a rapid, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures. Each kit has sufficient reagents for one 96 well plate assay.
