-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Acidul sulfuric fumans trebuie amestecat cu grija, picatura cu picatura, in acid sulfuric 40 %, (Cod Merck 109286) sub agitare. Asigurati-va ca aveti la indemana multa gheata penru racire. Cand s-a racit suficient, tratati acidul sulfuric foarte concentrat conform metodei descrise mai sus. Conform acestei proceduri, si alte anhidride pot fi convertite in acizii corespunzatori.Gazele acide (acid clorhidric, clor, fosgen, dioxid de sulf) pot fi barbotate in solutie diluata de hidroxid de sodiu si, dupa neutralizare, introduse in container-ul D.
