      OverviewNutrient mixture Ham's F-10 was optimized for the serum-free growth of hamster ovary strains and the clonal growth of chick embryo cells. Ham's F-10 is well suited for a wide variety of mammalian cells when used with a serum supplement in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. Osmolality needs not to be adjusted when supplemented with HEPES (10 mM).
