Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Spectroscopic analyses of pharmaceutical compounds in conjunction with dissolution testing plays a critical role in drug characterization and tablet quality control. Syringe filtering samples before spectroscopic analysis removes undissolved active compounds, stopping the dissolution process and ensuring that each sample provides an accurate representation of the collection time point. Undissolved particulates in dissolution samples, if not removed by the appropriate filter, continue to dissolve downstream, reaching downstream instrumentation such as HPLC. These particles are a major cause of variable test results and clogged HPLC columns that increase backpressure and shorten column lifetime.
Filtration Solutions for Dissolution Testing
Millex® syringe filters meet sample preparation demands for dissolution and other pharmaceutical QC analyses. For buffer and solvent preparation, our vacuum filtration products include membrane discs, filter holders and accessories for large volume filtration requirements.
Millex® Syringe Filters Ensure Reproducible Results and Maximize Uptime of Dissolution Testing Equipment.
The low drug-binding and low extractable characteristics exhibited by all Millex® syringe filters ensure high-quality, reproducible dissolution results that can improve the efficiency, throughput and longevity of expensive analytical equipment.
