Immunoblotting (10-200 ng/ml)
Immunohistochemistry (10-200 ng/ml)
DescriptionStreptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
BackgroundUse of streptavidin/biotin combinations as a detection system provides a high degree of sensitivity and minimal nonspecific binding resulting from the high specificity and high affinity of the streptavidin/biotin reaction. The streptavidin/biotin detection system, when used in conjunction with direct fluorescent conjugates of second step reagents, allows for the ability to perform dual fluorescent analysis.
