Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Autophagy is the process where cells destroy their own components via the lysosomal machinery and recycle them. Innovative Antibodies and Assays are developed to study autophagy mechanisms and identify activators and inhibitors of autophagy.
The apoptotic index of samples can be measured in a quantitative manner using automated morphological characterization on the ImageStream based on texture and bright, punctate nuclear imagery. Autophagy is quantified on the ImageStream by automated spot counting of LC3 clusters.
Caspase detection antibodies and assays are used to help detect and study caspase activation in Apoptotic cells via immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting techniques.
Apoptosis is the ability of tumor cells to elude programmed cell death. Antibodies and Assays are used in many steps of the apoptosis pathway such as: The detection process.
Angiogenesis is the process of generating new capillary blood vessels. Our Antibodies can help you study Angiogenesis, whether you want to induce blood vessel proliferation, or inhibit new formation of vessels.
Hallmarks of Aging Loss of Proteostasis. Learn how loss of protein stability contributes to the aging process. Discover how Merck's autophagy detection solutions enable precise visualization of autophagosome formation under different in live cells and via in vitro analysis.
Migration and invasion assay chart provides you with some information about the pore sizes, plate formats, ECM Coating , detection, number of tests and catalogue number of all our Migration & Invasion Assays.
Mitochondrial detection antibodies and assays are used to help detect and study mitochondrial proteins and membrane potential changes in Apoptotic cells.
