It is about 50 times more potent than [Ala286]-CaM kinase II Inhibitor, 281-301 (Cat. No. 208710). Has no effect on PKA, PKC, and CaM kinase IV. Blocks Ca2+-induced insulin secretion from electropermeabilized islets. |
