Depending on your needs, you can select our Essential or Advanced service plan. While both provide complete instrument checks, repairs and upgrades, the Advanced plan includes an additional annual floating repair.

Merck’s global network ensures that swift service is always close at hand. Your spectrophotometer can either be serviced in the nearest Merck repair depot or in the convenience of your facilities.
