Application CommentsThe antibody is reported to block immunoglobulin binding to FcR1. FACS was performed on 5x105 cultured U-937 human tumor cells and analyzed by flow cytometry. Optimal binding concentration tested was 10 µg/ml when used with secondary reagent goat anti-mouse IgG, FITC conjugated. This antibody has also been reported to work for frozen sections, immunoblotting, and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
