Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterdase 4D5 (PDE4D5) expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. PDE4D5 is expressed primarily in cardiac and vascular myocytes where it is found preferentially sequestered to β-arrestin. Supplied as a partially purified preparation of catalytically active enzyme useful for inhibitor and activator assays.
      Catalogue Number524746
      Brand Family Calbiochem®
      SynonymscAMP-specific phosphodiesterase 4D isoform 5, PDE4D5
      Application Data
Increasing concentration of PDE inhibitor, rolipram, was added to enzyme and the activity assayed.
