      OverviewA cell-permeable anilinoquinazoline compound that acts as a potent, selective, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Aurora kinases (IC50 = 310 nM and 240 nM for Aurora A and B, respectively, 1.25 µM in MCF7 cells). Due to its limited aqueous solubility and high serum binding property, it is recommended for in vitro, but not in vivo, use.
