-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Parteck® MXP
One of the most critical challenges in drug development today is the poor solubility of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Formulation solutions that increase solubility and, consequently, improve bioavailability can be the key factors in whether a drug candidate advances to market. One formulation technique to address this challenge is hot melt extrusion (HME).
HME is a solvent-free process which, through heating and mixing, creates a solid amorphous solution of the API and a matrix polymer. The process breaks down the crystalline structure of the API, leading to increased solubility. This relatively uncomplicated method results in an extrudate intermediate of the API and polymer that can then be further processed for final drug formulation.
Our new Parteck® MXP is specifically designed for application in HME. The polyvinyl alcohol-based excipient enhances the solubility of a wide range of APIs with low solubility. It can achieve stable, high drug loads of 30 percent or more, while other excipients for use with HME may be limited to 10 – 15 percent.
