      A diaryl amide analog that exhibits about 15 fold greater selectivity in inhibiting the proliferation of human coronary artery smooth muscle cells (IC50 = 310 nM) over the endothelial cells (IC50 = 4.6 µM). Exhibits over 80-fold greater potency than Tranilast (Cat. No. 616400).
