      This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable imidazothiadiazole compound that activates cellular transcription factor HSF1 by binding to HSP90 and disrupting its association with HSF1. Shown to induce HSF1-dependent expression of HSP70 and HSP25 and effectively block NRAGE- and p75NTR-mediated JNK activation and apoptosis in PC12 cells in a dose-dependent manner (>90% inhibition at 40 µM).
