      OverviewThe racemic mixture of a pyridocarbazolo-cyclopentadienyl Ruthenium complex that acts as a ATP-binding site-targeting, reversible, and highly potent inhibitor of PIM-1 (IC50 = 0.5 and 3 nM for the (S)- and (R)-enantiomer, respectively) with ∼10-fold selectivity over GSK-3α (IC50 = 15 and 20 nM for the (S)- and (R)-enantiomer, respectively).
