      Product Description

      The NovaQUANT™ Human Oxidative Stress qPCR Kit is designed to quantify the relative mRNA levels of 21 transcriptionally-regulated analytes associated with oxidative stress responses and three house-keeping control genes used as controls.

      The kit contains HepG2 cDNA as a control a set of 24 optimized PCR primer pairs as listed in Technical Bulletin TB569. The mRNA for the house keeping genes used in this kit are shown to be some of the most stably expressed genes among a different cell types and varying experimental conditions.
