      Each MILLIPLEX® panel and kit includes:
      • Quality controls (QCs) to qualify assay performance
      • Comparison of standard (calibrator) and QC lots to a reference lot to ensure lot-to-lot consistency
      • Optimized serum matrix to mimic native analyte environment in serum and plasma samples
      • Detection antibody cocktails designed to yield consistent analyte profiles within panel

      In addition each panel and kit meets stringent manufacturing criteria to ensure batch-to-batch reproducibility. The MILLIPLEX® Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel A thus enables you to focus on the therapeutic potential of cytokines and the modulation of cytokine expression. IL-12 (p40) exhibited a cross-reactivity of approximately 8% with IL-12 (p70). This is not unexpected since the p40 subunit is a constituent of IL-12 (p70).
