      Serine protease inhibitor. A potent, irreversible inactivator of acetylcholinesterase that can cross the blood-brain barrier. Selectively blocks T cell receptor-triggered programmed cell death in murine T cell hybridoma and in activated peripheral T cells.
      Effective concentration: 100 µM; t½ = 1 h at pH 7.5. Use caution upon opening. May develop pressure. Use only if colorless.
