      A potent, reversible inhibitor of caspase-2 (Ki = 3.5 nM), caspase-3 (Ki = 1 nM) and caspase-7 (Ki = 7.5 nM). Also serves as an inhibitor of DRONC (Drosophila caspase), a glutamate/aspartate protease.
