      This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable pyrrolo-pyrimidone compound that acts as a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of casein kinase II (IC50 = 9 nM) and an effective inducer of normal human keratinocytes (NHEK) differentiation (EC50 = 100 nM). In addition to CKII, it is also shown to interact, directly or indirectly, with cellular TANK-binding Kinase 1 (TBK1) and NIMA-related kinase 9 (NEK9).
