      Description
      OverviewA cell-permeable oxazolidinone-carboxamidine compound that acts as a potent, selective, and active-site targeting inhibitor of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA; IC50 = 200 nM) with much reduced activity against trypsin, thrombin, tPA, and plasmin (38%, 8%, 5%, and 0% inhibition, respectively, with 100 µM UK122). Shown to effectively inhibit the migration and invasion (80% and 68% inhibition, respectively, with 100 µM UK122), but not proliferation, of uPA-expressing CFPAC-1 pancreatic cells.
