      A highly selective, cell-permeable inhibitor of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Reported to be 10 to 30-fold more potent than L-NMMA (Cat. No. 475886) as an inhibitor of iNOS in immunostimulated cultured macrophages (EC50 = 6 µM) and vascular smooth muscle cells (EC50 = 2 µM).
