      Reportasol™ Extraction Buffer is designed to efficiently extract soluble reporter enzymes from mammalian and insect cells while maintaining maximal activity. The formulation has been optimized for high-throughput assays of firefly luciferase, Renilla luciferase, and β-galactosidase. Efficient extraction is achieved in a passive mode (i.e., no shaking or mixing is required) while maintaining extremely high reporter enzyme activity. Reportasol is also compatible with standard protein assay methods. The buffer is provided in convenient 25-ml bottles (1 bottle for 70909-3, 5 bottles for 70909-4).
